Amen to that. Using Samsung now, but it's refreshing to be able to change the look and feel of the OS. With S3, I can switch among TouchWiz, AOSP and MIUI (excellent theming). If I use HTC, I can switch among Sense, AOSP and MIUI. There's no point in sticking to one look-and-feel, like iOS. I love HTC phones except for one thing: you can only unlock the bootloader through their website, and then it's bye-bye to your warranty (most of the time). With Samsung, it's no holds barred and you can return the phone to its stock condition anytime.
Had the Butterfly for a while, and seriously thinks it's the most beautiful phone available (although the back is prone to scratches). Waiting to touch the One in real life.
