We are an IT Services company located in PJ and is seeking interested candidate to join our technical team for the position advertised. Our clients ranging from MNC to local Enterprise companies where professionalism & quality in services is our key winning proposition.


Role: IT Support Engineer

1) to carry out troubleshooting and repairs of IT hardware equipments
2) perform preventive maintenance as required
3) provide periodical IT assets reporting
4) support user in troubleshooting software related problems
5) work locations: Petaling Jaya and/or Shah Alam at customer offices


Remuneration:

RM1500 - RM2000 per month (exclude OT and mileage claims, if any)

Mon-Fri, 9:00AM to 6:00PM


Requirements:

1) Min certificate in computer related courses and min 3-months work experiences.
2) Good in technical skills in computers, laptop & printer
3) Experiences in troubleshooting, repairing & maintenance of office Hardware equipments
4) Experiences in troubleshooting software related problems i.e. Email, IE, Antivirus, MS Office Suites etc,.
5) Good communication skill especially attending user support calls
6) Must be committed and responsible person
7) Speak fairy well English and/or Mandarin
