If yu'd guessed why correctly after reading my post, yu'd not ask the above question oledi...

And yup, bcos yu are getting same brand petrol but of different "quality", yr FC wld be affected...

Btw, another point...
From wat me kno fr reliable "inside" sources, our local petrol stations "share" sources of their supplies ie brand A may b topping up with brand B or C....

So not2worry abt brands too much....find a station where the petrol yu pump in2 yr car feels good 2yr right foot.
However, pls note that even so, there wld b times when that same pump do not give yr right foot that same good feeling...

However, it's NOT "mainly" /directly the fault of the Brand Suppliers or even most of the Station Owners...
It's wat happens from time tanker leaves the storage depot to the time yu pump "that" petrol in2 yr vehicle...

It's MORE serious than that...

But yu'll hv 2fill in the "missing" parts 2that story using yr own "imagination"...based on wat can happen in our materialistic world...

ps. Recent steps taken by certain Brand Suppliers hv helped 2lessen the effects...but, as yu kno, human beings can alwaz find loopholes 2outsmart watever xtra precautionary measures one may put in. True?
So some cases are more successful than others...

Follow-up of info enquiry re Petronas LLC :

Juz called Petronas Mesralink @1300888181. Staff who answered my call asked arnd (dunno who she asked..) and was surprised of such a product!! Asked me who is the supplier & 2chk label etc whose product...2even confirm it's a Petronas product!!

Phew!!

Anyway the staff took down my contact no. and said they'll get back 2me...haha!
Hope soon...

1. Changing 2lighter rims :
a. How much lighter can rims go?
b. Wat is the cost of changing 2such lighter rims?
c. Wat abt need also 2change tires? Cos only larger diam rims are available.
Wt of larger sized tyres? Friction increase resulting in decrease of minimal FC gains?

Now juz ponder?
With all that xtra expenses, how much xtra fuel wld yu hv been able 2afford 2pay4 with that sum of $$$ 2b spent?

1. Control of right foot.
Wld yu b able 2truly enjoy driving yr Gaga if yu had 2keep on exercising all that ctrl?

IINM there are other makes of cars that wld b able 2give one much better FC than the Gaga...w/o changing rims nor controlling the right foot...

Good/poor FC is a very subjective value...varies fr individual 2individual...
So let's not go down that long road...

As long as one is happy with watever value one's getting, enjoy yr ride!

Firstly, my post was directed @our fren who was trying 2get better FC by changing 2those SSR lightwt rims...
Me was lazy & quoted yr reply 4convenience since yu also replied...

And yup, me agree with narrower rims + lower rolling resistance wld provide slightly improved FC.
However, that wld bring in a few cons as well...mainly that of reduced grip & stability...
True?

ps. Nothing is perfect in this world...alwaz got + & - wan...
