Hey all,

Who here takes photos as part of their hobby or job? May it be a DSLR or a compact camera. And no, I don't mean the typical duck face cam-whoring photos but BEYOND that! I for one would love to look and take photos everywhere I go if I had the chance and time. It's just amazing and beautiful to look at the world through the perspective of a lens.

Besides that, have you guys entered any competitions before? I am currently participating in Canon's EOS Young Photographer Awards contest where the winner wins a DSLR and a full expense paid trip for a workshop by National Geographic in the US!
