some company would like to look at ur attitude.... instead of ur qualification... that's wat i heard from some IT companies managers...

but one thing is for sure... for big companies like sony or citibank.... higher qualification higher pay....

one example... last time my fren went to work as Credit card sales.... my fren with diploma only... basic is 1.5k... then the degree holders with 1.8k...

so... this is the real world la dude~~~
