Guys, I have to swear by this product called Tufoil. It really makes a hell lot of difference. As I pour into the engine, the engine just quiets down gradually.

On windscreen replacement issue, replacing it at windscreen specialist like Dr. Cermin, etc is the best bet on workmanship and material used.

These guys specialize in installing/repairing windscreen, so usually use the most effective glue and have efficient workmanship. Gua punya City got cracked on 4th year (I think), replaced at Dr. Cermin. Efficient workmanship and fast too. Now on its 8th year.

On PIAA silicon wipers, they are most vulnerable to kena stolen. So if looks is not big concern, get the normal looking PIAA radix model. Would not know its PIAA coz even the word PIAA is located on the bottom side and not coloured and it looks like normal wiper. However the silicon is PIAA, can last for years (that's why I'm told anyway).

Damn geram after looking at those price, kena chop exhorbitantly at RM60 per set with a setback of extra RM110. At least now I know what price and where to go for PIAA next time.

Most tyre industry professional does not recommend tyre upsizing or downsizing with more than 3% differences. 195/60/R15 -> 195/55/R15 already exceeded the 3% guidelines.

A variance of more than 3% from your original equipment can cause problems with transmission shift points, which can decrease fuel mileage. It can also confuse braking system computers, which may even lead to brake failure. These are the risks increment you have to consider according to most tyre pro. Of course some ppl don't care and change anyway at their own risk.

Also changing 60 height to 55 means your tyre will appear much smaller. Reduced points in looks department UNLESS you upgraded to 16" rims. Then not only does it does not reduce points in looks, in stays in the 1% diameter variance from stock.

However budget of RM1000 is not sufficient for rim changing AND tyre changing at same time. So IMO, either you increase your budget to change 55/R16or stays with stock.

Changed to what rims? Using back stock profile tyres? Apa tyre?
