Just did some detailed analysis. In short there is no oversupply and only issue is affordability.

Malaysia as a whole I mean. Of course there are pockets of oversupply in specific areas especially Johor. But if you measure it on a whole there is shortage over the recent few years but of course this it offset by people not being able to afford. But nett nett demand is not the issue, its affordability.

Cyberjaya, if commercial picks up and attracts 35% of the day time population to stay in Cyberjaya at night then it is all fine.
