HK household debt to gdp ratio is 60% or so but its government has already turned cautious.

our ratio is over 80% but our government say it is still manageable and no bubble..

High class condos will probably be okay...

I would avoid middle class and low class condos for investments...

until I see what najib does with the PRIMA houses...

where is Ho Hup development? Guess Ho Hup will be still at moderate price to enter bukit jalil as new player.
