I won't say it's middle of nowhere like a stack in hays. Even though i'm not so keen with this project due to pricing, i would like to add this as upcoming project in 2015.

yup. but Templer Saujana occupancy is very very very low and seems like the whole area being abandon like that. If no mistake, both area isn't gng.

yes. i share the same sentiment with you. Anggun 1 Semi-D subsale is around 950K as well with AEON fronting and Anggun City coming up real soon.
