I won't say it's middle of nowhere like a stack in hays. Even though i'm not so keen with this project due to pricing, i would like to add this as upcoming project in 2015.

Indeed, for 950k u can get a large corner unit terrace ~4000 sqft. Thanks btw

yes. i share the same sentiment with you. Anggun 1 Semi-D subsale is around 950K as well with AEON fronting and Anggun City coming up real soon.
