The only problem with my surface pro that it gets hot very easily which in the event would toggle the CPU speed leading to a very laggy experience -.- the fan design I think is not as good as what I thought

anyone got problem after updating to windows 8.1? My type cover touchpad is not functioning after windows 8 has been updated to 8.1 and after 5 minute my type cover on the touchpad gets hot. Do anyone is also experiencing this problem? mine is surface pro

Hi guys I want to ask how do you claim warranty for your surface/surface accesories? I have a surface type keyboard that is spoiled(tested with another surface and also another keyboard to my surface) and would like to claim warranty for it. I have registered my product at microsoft centre and also request for them to call me but after 3 days they havent even called me. Do you know what i can do?
