Job Description
- Payroll
- Checking of monthly claims and monitoring employees’ benefits entitlements
- Ensuring proper compliance of statutory requirements under various labour law
- Recruitment including interviewing candidates, reference checks full cycle until preparation of offer letter etc.
- E-Leave Management
- Define job description of employees
- Employees confirmation, transfer, promotions and terminations
- Organizing corporate events.
- Responsible for company’s premium and festive gifts eg diaries, calendars etc.
- Travel/hotel arrangements
- General administrative functions
