HR and Admin Assistant
Responsibilities
• Assist in office administration.(answering calls, company fuel card, reception of guest, road tax renewal, etc.)
• Provide operations support in day to day HR affairs (e.g. interview arrangement, new staff orientation, monitoring staff attendance, etc.)
• To maintain and upkeep proper filling and proper documentation. (Medical claims, staff attendance, leave record etc.)
• Assist in Company’s activities and work improvement programs.
• Conduct plant tour and introduction for new employees.
• Provide advice and counselling in all disciplinary issues.
• Ad-hoc matters as per instructed by HOD. in office administration matters including purchase uniforms, stationery, office refreshments, answering calls, courier service and attend to staff enquiries.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM /STPM /Diploma in related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Able to write and speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mature, independent, willing to learn, self-discipline and self-motivated with good working attitude.
• Possess own transport
• Willing to work in Bandar Bukit Beruntung,Rawang,Selangor.
• Able to commence work soonest possible.
