Role:

Responsible for Valisere brands’ on Building Business & Planning Deployment of sales plans execution encompassing areas such as distribution, product assortment, promotion and merchandising.
• To ensure that we meet the store’s targeted growth and have consistent best in class in-store sales fundamentals that help us win the targeted shoppers.
• To act as a Single Point of contact (SPOC) with other department representing the trade customers’ business needs in our business planning so that win-win can be achieved between the company and our product launches and other trade plans.
• To assist the Trade marketing Manager in sales work process in order for us execute product launchers and joint business plan more efficiently and effectively.

Distribution/Range
- To lead development of Distribution strategy (3 Dimensional Classification) with winning portfolio to achieve business objective across brands with strong in-store presence.
- To understand shoppers profile of stores and right products / by analyzing purchase/sell out data by brand/segment/price point.
- To Feedback on the right distribution of brands for assigned stores.
- To ensure effective management of right product /range mix at respective counters.
- Driving process improvement / simplification / standardization in terms of promotion & planning and merchandise mix planning for the counters.

Counter/Area Target
- Plan monthly and forward sales months target by counter. Providing input an adjusting plan to deliver target set.
- To deploy monthly target to Sales Coordinator, to ensure excellent execution on the ground.
- To monitor and feedback competition activities that will impact sales and market share. To highlight any major key competition threat.
- To consistently execute plans that will improve counter productivity and profitability

Trade relationship building/Account Penetration
- Play a key role in representing the company to the trade by building rapport and maintaining goodwill with them.
- To update on any news/development at respective stores in regards to personnel changes, store re-structure and any other relevant matters.
- To have strong account penetration of stores – buyers, KPI of buyers, store operation
- Responsible to ensure collection in full and timely from dealers.

In-store Presence
- To ensure that assigned counter meet standard set on Visual Merchandising – e.g. counter trans/posters, proper display of mannequin, signage, launch VM and etc.
- To ensure overall counter is maintained as per guideline – e.g. dealers, counter maintenance and etc

Promotion
- Negotiate and plan promotion with buyers, or to close gap plan vs. competitions.
- To ensure appropriate and timely follow up to execute promo with excellence – e.g. submitting proposal, ordering sufficient stocks & etc

Sales Consultant
- To work closely with respective Area Supervisor to ensure the right numbers of SC headcount and feedback on requirement on manpower to deliver store target. To highlight any issue/barrier on manpower to deliver target.
- To observe SC at counter and provide constructive – feedback on SC development plan/training needed. Coaches and guide SC on the job during store visit trips.
- To provide feedback on SC appraisal/performance.

Inventory Management
- To manages and maintain a reasonable average month of stocks per counter, correcting any overstock or under stock situation at the counter.
- To minimize good returns according to acceptable percentage over sales & purchases.
- To ensure that the company’s product are not subject to potential possibilities of pilferage.

Other Responsibilities
- Maintain updated client lists, analyze and identify potential strategies and product approach to each and every specific customer.
- Ability and good understanding of accounting management, example Accounts Receivable, Discount on sales and many others that related financial matters
- Visit customers’ according to schedules
- Work with customer service team on inventory availability, quotation, customer information update, delivery updates, customer inquiry/feedback/complaints and others
- Perform forecasting that help in ordering and inventory control
Performs any other duties or be engaged in ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time.

Remuneration:
RM3500-RM4000

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree and field.
• Candidate must posses own transport (CAR) and able to communicate in local dialects.
• Candidate must posses IT knowledge at least Microsoft Excel, Words, Window, Pivot.
