Responsibilities:
 Responsible for entire recruitment process including administering the manpower requisition process, deliver quality candidates by sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing applicants that match the qualifications, skills and the experience specified by the hiring managers (i.e. sourcing, screening, short listing, interview coordination, approval, and issuing contract and letter of offer)
 Assist in driving and implementing all recruitment activities
 Assist in preparing manpower budgeting
 Provide good service and follow up closely with the hiring managers and candidates to close assignments successfully
 Work with recruitment agencies to present quality candidates to hiring managers and ensure the success rate.
 Handle and maintain online jobsites agreement by liaising with the account manager (i.e. Jobstreet.com and Monster.com)
 Responsible in all foreign workers related matters such as worker arrival, hostel management and liaise with Government Departments.
 To verifying monthly outsource contract workers’ invoices.
 Assisting in organizating employees’ welfare activities
 Liaison with internal department and outsource agents (executive level/ local/ foreign workers) pertaining manpower planning.
 Ad-hoc HR related tasks e.g. issuance of HR documentations/ letters when necessary
 Monitoring of employee medical claims.
 Prepare Strategy policy and procedures
 Prepare monthly report about HR updates
Requirements:
 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management
 Must be computer- literate especially Microsoft Excel and Power Point
 Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
 At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
 Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills, and able to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
 Posses good organizational planning and facilitating skills
 Required skill(s): analytical analysis, able to work independently, problem solving skills, dynamic, energetic and resourceful team player.
 Applicants must be willing to work in SUNGAI BULOH, SELANGOR.
 Permanent Full-Time positions available.
