Scope of Work and Job Descriptions:
1) Handling documentation and coordinate with Warehouse Department on delivery and receiving of shipments.
2) Process inventory requisition and issuance of Purchase Order
3) Compiles and prepare reports on raw and packaging materials
4) Enter, update, monitoring and verifying of records against physical stock to ensure current inventory is balance and adequate
5) To assist administrator in general admin duties & stock (inventory).
6) Handling, including packing, tagging & stock count.
7) Ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirements:
1) Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/\\\"O\\\" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
2) With or Without experience are welcome to apply.
3) Job Training will be provided.
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Fresh welcome to apply.
4) Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan meru,Klang
5) Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support, Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
Salary Range:
RM1,500 (Depending on experience) + EPF + SOCSO
Working Hour:
Monday to Friday,9.00am-6.00pm
Saturday : 9am-1pm
Candidate to be based at Jalan Meru,Klang
