Job Description
-Responsible for the overall operations management of the company through effective management of its daily operation to contribute to the profitability of the business.
-Starting up the processes structures and taking the leadership in optimizing profit and efficiency in Sales, People and Service
-Earn the trust of guardians by attending to even the smallest details while supervising child.
-Organizing event and scheduling upon receive special request from customer.
-Overseeing the management of general HR functions.
-Ensuring and adhering to the policies and procedures set by the company, monitoring each outlet’s P&L and their manpower requirement and food cost of each outlet.
-Ensuring customer satisfactions are met and motivating staff and setting a benchmark for staff to adhere to which is according to compliance
Job Requirement
-Candidate must possess at least a Diplma or Advance/Higher/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resource or equivalent.
-At least 3 years of work experience in managerial level.
-Effective people management skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills are mandatory
-Results oriented, proactive, resourceful, and with strong organizational qualities.
-Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
