Job Description
• Manage and achieve sales targets.
• To conduct product training and demonstration.
• Servicing existing clients, while generating new referrals (for new markets)
• Attend to customers queries and develop new and potential customer.
• Maintaining and expanding Company's market share in the industry.
• Understanding the market competitors' activities and industry trends to develop and implement a high growth strategy.
• Provide reports to superior with customers' progress and make appropriate recommendations to improve overall sales performance.
• Possess a high degree of diplomacy and tact in managing issues and difficult situations.
• Responsible, committed and able to meet sales targets and deadlines.
• To assist in any other matters / duties assigned.

Job Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Required skill(s): must be computer literate, demonstrate leadership ability and strong management.
• Required language(s): English
• Fresh graduates is encourage to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Assertive, self-disciplined and result-oriented.
• Good team player with strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and a creative thinker able to nurture customer relationships and understand client's needs.
• Highly-focused in achieving target.
• Comfortable in the area of sales, marketing and people management.
• Willing to learn and grow beyond one’s own capacity.
• Must have positive working attitude and outgoing personality.
• Able to perform good telemarketing and sales skills. Good interpersonal and people management skills.
• Possess excellent selling skills, good attributes i.e. trustworthy, persistence and hard-working.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
