JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:

1) Handle outbound telesales campaigns for consumer markets (for CallMark clients) by utilizing effective presentation and creating positive relationship for all customer contacts with the aim to cross/up selling client’s product and services.
2) Manage customer’s expectations and display ownership for customer’s requests.
3) Keep up-to-date on new or enhanced products /services in order to maintain a high level of quality service to customers.
4) Support Team Leader and Managers to continuously review processes, identify and resolve service gaps through constructive feedback and implement process improvements where appropriate.
5) Ensure sales targets/budgets are met.

Requirements:
-Diploma holder, Fresh graduate, SPM leavers.  Able to converse in English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia,.
-Basic computer knowledge is essential.
-Previous experience in Tele-Sales is an added advantage.
-Ability to promote product and services via phone.
-Able to work with minimum supervision.

Work hours:
Monday-Friday from 9am to 6pm.
