Hi all, does anyone know any lens cleaning service in Penang? and the price of service? for 18-105mm lens

something is coated at the lens, not sure is mold or mostly moisture trapped inside the lens as it doesn't affect the the quality of photos significantly..

I know is my bad for not having dry box as it is hard to put dry box inside my university hostel. After this, will get 1 already
