Go for the 250 instead if you really want one. It can carry all your mentioned gears

250 will be a lot harder to find since the size is more or less, just right for most people haha..
Should be able to find some in the large camera stores in Digital Mall SS14.

FF bodies are not that suitable for travelling haha

1 body ~1kg, 1 lens ~1kg, 1 flash ~1kg and 1 tripod ~1.7kg
Haven't taken into account water bottles and stuffs haha..
But it depends on the types of trips to be honest. For those countries which requires ALOT of walking i.e. Hong Kong, Singapore etc., using a mirrorless will be better haha...
I didn't had any back problems bring my stuffs to Bali since we mostly travel by car, noneed to walk that much
