Yeah, come to think of it having a small crop sensor DSLR, or perhaps a m43 will be nice in Malaysia.. at least doesn't attract too much attention and get robbed

Fellow sifus, I need some help

I have a SB700. I was wondering whether there's any way to fire the flash if I am using a compact camera (different brand) with a built-in flash? There should be a pre-flash trigger thing right? I was wondering whether sifus can give some info on how to use it?

I never really find the need to lower ISO with flash haha.. at least not at the moment... and I kind of prefer the bokeh of the 24-70 at 70mm F2.8
The one reason I am not willing to let go of my trusted 50mm is its light weight

Sorry if noob question haha, but is it possible to trigger the SB700 by just a pre-flash from any camera? I think I did saw something like that in one of the videos by Digitalrev TV where the sifu use even noob camera to trigger flashes

I only know how to use it with the D90 and D800... Not sure how it works with other camera..

I guess can say the SB700 is the slave lol, but who is the "commander"? lol

The shot is taken at the new Examination Building. There is a huge corridor at the centre which is very good for photos because its pretty empty, and the paint is new
Took that shot by climbing up to the 2nd floor, luckily didn't drop my camera haha... photo taken using liveview

I got PTPTN only... quarter loan summore, eat also not enough during that time LOL
A bit regret that I only started to know photography so late haha... luckily my gf poisoned me with a D80, otherwise I'd never realize I love it so much

UM actually got alot of nice place to shoot. I'm still discovering new locations all the time even though I'm there for almost 6 years already

But I think students with 1st class honours can also opt for conversion from loan to scholarship.
Some of my friends who are very brave cheated and applied for both JPA and PTPTN and noneed to pay back for both

Sorry for off topic.

I can't wait to try out SU-4 (Why they always use this kind of weird names, hard to keep up haha)
