Hi all, not sure if am writing at the right thread. Just wanted to tell my story.

I have booked a unit at alam sanjung till me and my wife been told me that since my wife is a foreigner if we apply houseloand for join applicants the minimum property price that I could buy is 1 million ringgit. If me myself apply without my wife, am sure bank will reject as my gross income at 3700 and net after epf tax around 3300 which I have hirepurchase of rm800. The property price is rm430,000++. If both of us combine we got nett income for about 7k.

Is it true that I cant apply for joint applicants if my wife is a foreigner?
