Alam Sanjung will be behind Alam Prima? Meh... The existing Alam Idaman, I actually wanted to buy that place but mostly occupied and the left over units are all facing graveyard.. That itself it wasn't cheap RM315k onwards..
Tikaram i'm surprise that you are so interested in this project. What's the upfront payment like? 0 entry cost? Book fees? |

the existing developer is actually building all the new highrise surrounding indah alam and puri ayu... no other choice if i want to continue to invest this area..

i just hope they open more roads going into jalan jubli perak or the main federal highway. any idea they have the intention to do so?
