it's been almost 6 years since the last time i took KTM before 2 or 3 months ago. i was in midvalley (parked here) and want to go KL sentral for a quick trip . i lazy to 2 minute drive there and find parking, so i took KTM komuter (just one station away, next station to midvalley) and it took me bloody 30 minutes to wait for one train, and another 30 minutes to come back. to make things worse i go to KTM komuter website and try to see schedule. it's on excel file, dunno how iphone/android people want to download it and when i opened it it's 2010 schedule not updated @_@ waiting time haven't changed from 6 years ago till 2013. like seriously cry.gif

back to the topic. i worked in this area not far from alam sanjung before 2009, in fact i just went there again last night to see the location after starproperty exhibition visit yesterday. there's a condo right opposite to kilang gula there. it's already been there since 2009 and there's a lot of units unsold. wonder why? and i am still having mixed feelings about resale value (if i ever get to there). with Rm400k pricetag, i would pay RM2k everymonth. doubt to get rental also to cover for it. can someone enlighten me sad.gif

not sure if this applies to all other developments around that area....

one thing though, in the morning rush hour, the traffic towards the Fed Highway will be like hell, because of the bottleneck on the Federal Highway / Glenmarie...if i were to live on the other side of the road (e.g Alam Sanjung, Alam Idaman, Prima Alam), i'd probably walk instead of drive to the komuter...this of course does not applies to those living on the same side of komuter (e.g. Indah Ria, Bukit Pelangi, v12, MetroPark, etc).

wooo.. really? did some digging and find out that the crack issue is caused by the river next to it? would it have any impact to alam sanjung? they are really close to each other.

also i know everytime when it rains in the evening it's always flooded in that area, that was in 2009. is it still an issue?

anyone know about the 2 free parking? is it tandem parking or separate if not side by side parking bay?

good lord, the final product looks entirely different than in brochure. the picture looks like (almost) full height glass window. the actual one is smaller. and that, among many other things, contribute to the non-premium look doh.gif

i remember i read somewhere in malaysia property blog that you should keep the original brochure, in case final product looks different than promised it can help with legal case should you consider to proceed.

actually 2 yrs ago i paid for downpayment and got loan approved for this one but i didnt proceed, after seeing the alam idaman next to it i got a bad feeling about it.
