Anyone know what's happening to the 5000 RM cash back which the developer is supposed to reimburse phase 1 purchasers with?

From what I understand, CB Land is a very reputed company.
However, there are some minor administrative activities that take place in the back-end with customers that definitely can be improved. For example, I have been following up endlessly via calls and emails to ask about the rebate that is due to me for a property I purchased in Block A for several months after schedule 2B completion. Until today, I have received no clear communication on when that rebate will be credited to me. Follow-up calls do not really help and e-mails almost never get responded to. Definitely worth highlighting this here to see how others as customers of CB Land view their customer service ethics. This post has been edited by ashwark: Nov 7 2014, 09:43 AM |

Just like all of you, I wish to see this improvement in their service to customers. Only when there is satisfaction from their customers, positive word of mouth will begin to spread to the general public.
