got BRT coming up.. maybe they should build a bridge across the federal highway.. can add value to AS n the surrounding condos..

i just received the latest alignment for the BRT and the batu tiga stop looks pretty close to the area..

i think 20k also can do nice furnished d.. u need to use creative ID... u working in furniture line mah.. dis one affordable/normal condo so no need overspend.

I don't think AS residents or any condo nearby can afford international school.. target teachers for tenants can but msian families here should be middle income looking for gov't school...
