I foreseen you are a learner as like what CB is doing. That is called ignorance. You may voice out what you have mention this to me instead of a full silence. I have no say you are wrong but what I can saw, what you complaint to what you have faced and the way of your mentality that response to individual is equally same.

That is why I say, If you notice the way of an individual behave or a company management do is inevitable. But If you know this is what you are facing and you complaint as of what you are looking for a good nature. But somehow, your behavior is similar like what CB management is. I have nothing much to say.

As an investor, we are looking long term for a partnership with developer and we hope a company is always think of investor or a customer point of view. That is why a repeating customer is always important compared to a company like CB which looking for one time customer. This one time customer will never go for CB again after going through the way their management react.
