There is an existing road (2 lane) at Jln 22/1 (besides Puri Ayu) that can be link to Jln 22/3 (where Alam Prima/Idaman/Sanjung is)

The vacant piece of land does not belongs to CB
Saw the construction of model house is on-going at the vacant piece of land (besides Alam Sanjung)
