some items CB LAND must improve:

a) cust experience - such as delay in interest payment causing a lot of anxiety to buyers...delayed by Bank? lame excuse, the cheque is only cleared on working days...if u make payment during CNY period or KL day holiday, obviously it wont go through lo, then make payment earlier enxt time lo, now im waiting to see for FEB payment, whether CB land gonna pay on 28 FEB then blame the bank for floating cheque

b) lawyers used - got some complaints from other friends abt FL FOO, i personally had bad experience with them...never had such bad experience dealing with lawyers when buying property from developer...as if i gotto beg them to see me, and then i gotto drive all da way to their office to meet them instead of them trying to accomodate me....terrible TAT on replying....

although im not a big time investor, but me and my family have got experience with some developers and their panel lawyers, no prob so far...the whole process is very confidence boosting....unlike this time, always worry this n that...cb land tolong sikit le

But if cb land wants to be a sustainable property player with long term aim to improve branding, kindly strongly consider to improve cust buying experience. Starting from booking, signing, processing, key handover, defect etc. from own experience, UOA is first class and Hua yang is quite good too

Cb land is still far from any of the two mentioned, strongly believe most major developers were emphasizing on this too. Cb land kena buckle up lo, I will support u hehe

sigh...CB land always never reply email, no one can give any answer when call up...always nanti nanti, govt office also improve jo for so long...why CB land standard still the 1980s govt office standard...

what happen to our 5k rebate? send letter ask for money/disbursement very fast, when ask abt rebate no one answered...

previously there was prob with the interest payment from developer, i called n emailed also all nanti nanti...now history repeats itself... sad.gif

Furthermore, if the company wanna sell house or do things, they gotto show it from bottom up too....not just top down...if each time i buy house also mz go thru big boss, company collapse jo lo
