tikaram kor, las time this area gt flood one right.. nowadays ok ah? doesnt flood anymore?

usually the drainage system clog up. it might be due to construction where the sand flow onto drain and stuck there causes clogging. usually once the dev clear it off, it seldom has such issue.

From what I understand, CB Land is a very reputed company.

However, there are some minor administrative activities that take place in the back-end with customers that definitely can be improved. For example, I have been following up endlessly via calls and emails to ask about the rebate that is due to me for a property I purchased in Block A for several months after schedule 2B completion. Until today, I have received no clear communication on when that rebate will be credited to me. Follow-up calls do not really help and e-mails almost never get responded to.

Definitely worth highlighting this here to see how others as customers of CB Land view their customer service ethics.

i agreed with you partially. CB Land not a very big corporation. they try to be. But the back end administrative that drag the corporate image and became the obstacle. when i deal with MS and CB Land, i notice it's damn huge different in customer service. If the young MD wish to move the company forward, change the backend administrative first.

i think most of the investor also got same feeling, market property very slow. recently i keep going all property fair in KV, thier feedback is negative, i can see only few project selling very well in market, most of the developer also on hold thier project issit??

On paper, developer or marketing agent give a very good ("positive") feedback. be realistic loh. you know, i know how's the market out there. there are some good project out there. but my concern now is leveraging and building holding power for upcoming 6 years until 2020.
