i am not defending anyone but i believe the residence there are not doing much ... the collective group there are responsible as they have a say on the things you have mentioned - from security to cleaning issues ...

you should instead get together, or get your tenant to speak to the management group

sometimes the subpar services is because the residences there are not paying enough or promptly and hence they are lack of funds to provide those services your are complaining ...

if you noticed a lot of these condos - the ones with no issues are the ones in those upper class areas, when everyone pay up their maintenance fee and has a good sinking fund - which can only be accomplisedhed when everyone pays up

then the management board only can dispense such services, if you go to those medium to lower areas where the management are bad, you will also discover there are a lot of units which are not prompt with the payment and end with tons of arrears ...

what do you all think?

Still dont think the 3 lifts will be able to accomodate the 300 units per block ....

I have to agree on the part with the panel lawyers, for this project we are actually paying the legal fees, and for my case they suddenly have to cancel our appointment to sign the papers as the who company decided to go on their annual company trip

gave them piece of my mind and in the end they arrange their other branch to accomodate the date we agreed upon ... very stupid - if you know your company has a trip on that date, then dont make any appointments la ... and because we bought 2 units and one was my GFs, she had to make arrangements to come back on a Monday to sign ... and imagine when they canceled ....

true but upon completion of 2b, they will also received the next release of our loan ... which should be another 10%?

assuming 40k each buyer, cb land will get bout 135 mill for the next phase of building ...
