Hope we do not need to remind CBLand to release the RM5k rebate to us once they get payment from bank after this stage 2b (structure frame completed)

I heard that CBLand is preparing stage 2b certificate for Block A Level 10.
So, those block A L10 buyer pls prepare to get ur RM5k rebate frm developer..

CBLAND...how much cost can u save to omit the corridor floor-trap... this is NOT low-cost flat of 30 years ago.. nowadays where got developer use spout-pipe to discharge water at the corridor. Somemore the corridor water is directly flow to the void area at Level 8. All dirty water will splash to L8 unit wall later. Good Luck to all L8 buyer

Hi dark_ranger.... r u kidding us? it is very seldom that spout pipe is used for the corridor nowadays (unless for those low cost flat). Our AS is not low cost. Even the apartment now i staying is using floor trap at corridor. So when cleaner clean the corridor with air sabun, the air sabun can flow to floor-trap instead of directly flow to lower unit and splash to the wall.

who can verify to us that CBLAND is omitting the drop off canopy and downgrading liftlobby finishing and floor-trap???????????
