QUOTE(accetera @ Mar 21 2014, 11:38 PM) CB looking to launch final parcel this year, subject to market conditions. Am sure everyone is satisfied with Alam Sanjung progress now, so later final phase won't kacau too long when AS completed. What is the selling price per sqft for this final phase? Wish can buy one more CB's product here if affordable. |

QUOTE(dark_ranger @ Jul 5 2014, 02:07 PM) their mind is just COST SAVING SAVING SAVING without consider the quality of the project.. Hi dark_ranger.... r u kidding us? it is very seldom that spout pipe is used for the corridor nowadays (unless for those low cost flat). Our AS is not low cost. Even the apartment now i staying is using floor trap at corridor. So when cleaner clean the corridor with air sabun, the air sabun can flow to floor-trap instead of directly flow to lower unit and splash to the wall.they are now omitting the Ground Floor drop-off canopy, downgrading the liftlobby finishing and omitted the typical floor corridor floor-trap (by introducing spout pipe to replace floor-trap). come on lah... CBLAND...how much cost can u save to omit the corridor floor-trap... this is NOT low-cost flat of 30 years ago.. nowadays where got developer use spout-pipe to discharge water at the corridor. Somemore the corridor water is directly flow to the void area at Level 8. All dirty water will splash to L8 unit wall later. Good Luck to all L8 buyer |
