Female HR Assistant - Human Resource ( Chinese ONLY)
Kuala Lumpur , Taman Mayang,PJ (5 minutes from Kelana Jaya LRT station)
Job Responsibilities:
-Assist on daily HR and admin matters.
-Assist on monitor, maintain and update staff attendance, OT, leaves and etc.
-Assist in monthly payroll processing.
-Support the recruitment and staff welfare.
-Maintain staff records, filing systems and updated employee database.
-Responsible for implementing and monitoring new initiatives or policies.
Job Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma in HR, Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent.
-Preferable Chinese
-Min 1-2 years relevant working experience.Fresh graduate strongly encourage to apply.
-Familiar with MS Word and MS Excel.
-Pleasant personality and have initiative to learn.
-Must be able to start work immediately.
-Remuneration will commensurate with qualification and experience.
Working Schedule:
9.00am-6.00pm
Salary Range:
RM1,800-RM2,500 depending on experience.
Years Of Experience : 1 Year
Age Range : 18-25
Salary Range : RM 2500 Monthly
