Responsibilities:

-Ensuring the running of pays, disbursement of salaries and wages into employee bank accounts, generation of remuneration statements are maintained in accordance with the Service Level Agreement. (SLA)
-Generation of Off Cycle payments when requested and process in accordance with the Service Level Agreement
-Ensure compliance to external and internal governance
-Maintain up to date documentation of procedures
-Undertake system testing
-Contribute to continuous improvement of system and processes
-Comply with the company policies and procedures and care for the health and safety of self, team members and staffs of the business entities & participate in safety meeting and monthly safety inspections as and when required
