JOB SUMMARY

Works closely with the management.Responsible for developing and implementing a campaign to fulfill the objective of increased sales.Responsible for the general business development of Food & Beverage, including housekeeping.

Scope of Work:

-Develop an operating budget for each of the Food & Beverage department’s revenue outlets: after approval, monitors and takes corrective action as necessary to assure that the budget’s sales and cost are attained.
-Inspect to ensure that all safety, sanitation, energy management, preventive maintenance and other
-Help plan and approve external and internal marketing and sales promotion activities for the Food & Beverage operation.
-Assure that all standard operating procedures for sales and cost control are in place and consistently utilized.
-Help plan and approve the organizational chart, staffing and scheduling procedures and job descriptions/specifications for departmental staff.
-Maintain responsibility for sales, expenses and profit goals as outlined in the Food & Beverage Department operating plans/budgets, while promoting the company goals of customer service and satisfaction, team work, reporting requirements and financial performance.
-To meet the objectives on increased sales in the areas of group sales, corporate clients, banquets and meetings.
-Provide daily, weekly, monthly reports and other reports required.

Job Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/\"O\" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
-Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
-Computer Literate and proficient in English and Malay.
-Responsible, Ability to Multitask, Energetic, Creative, Self Motivated.

Working Hour :
5 days work | 9.00am-5.00pm

Salary Range :
Full-Time : RM2,500+RM3,500 + EEPF +SOCSO + Employee Benefits
