JOB SUMMARY

Works closely with the management.Responsible for developing and implementing a campaign to fulfill the objective of increased sales.Responsible for the general operation of Food & Beverage.

Scope of Work:

Responsibilities:

-Oversee the daily restaurant operations and ensure the implementation and compliance of Standard Operating Procedures, quality management and effective business strategies.
-Monitor the ordering and receiving program for products and supplies to ensure proper quantity and price on all purchases.
-Plan, implement, manage and control effective sales and marketing strategies, business development, finance and resources administration.
-Analyzing and setting business operational performance and financial targets to ensure optimum business results are achieved.
-Drive initiatives to maintain, develop and enhance the restaurant\\\'s image/brand in terms of customer service, quality of food and beverage, and dining atmosphere
-Supervise & lead the F&B staff including recruitment, training, performance evaluation & disciplinary issues
-Responsible and accountable for all stocks & equipment within the Restaurant
-Maintain lines of communication & good working relationships within the F&B Department & with the other Departments.
-Prepare weekly work schedule and conduct staff service training
-Handle guest complaints and comments by providing constructive feedback to the Management for further improvement
-Overall supervision of the restaurant service team and close coordination with the kitchen team.

-Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/\\\"O\\\" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
-Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
-Computer Literate and proficient in English and Malay.
-Responsible, Ability to Multitask, Energetic, Creative, Self Motivated.

Working Location :
Menara MAXIS,Kuala Lumpur

Working Hour :
5 days work | 9.00am-5.00pm

Salary Range :
Full-Time : RM2,500+RM3,500 + EEPF +SOCSO + Employee Benefits

Age Range : 20-40
Salary Range : RM 3000 Monthly
Nationality : Malaysian
Race : Any
