Bill Gates, via Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has contributed huge sums of money to improve the live of millions in the world.

The foundation contributed, mainly to United Nations' Agencies; e.g WHO, UNDP, UNICEF, and WWF.

A good thing to do, really, as one can only use so much of money. The rest, better donate it, for the betterment of the world.
