Requirements
Data Entry and Accounts Creation
i. Create and set up new customer accounts in CRM
ii. Process orders, forms, applications and requests
iii. To interpret, compile and key in data into the computer system accurately
iv. Conduct proper analysis and verification to ensure data integrity
v. To store correct information into the desired database locations
vi. To complete the delegated tasks within the desired timelines
vii. Maintain confidentiality regarding the information being dealt with
Telephone Handling for Activation
i. Interact with Installers to get proper information for activating customers account
ii. Handle and provide prompt actions to installers and retailers
iii. Communicate with internal stakeholders
iv. Update customer interactions in CRM
v. Perform customer verification
· High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
· Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
· Effective communication skills both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia
· Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
· Additional knowledge in CRM would be an advantage
· Knowledge of administrative procedures
· Passionate to acquire strong product knowledge
b. Fulfillment & Installer Mgmt

i. To process customer orders and perform issuance of Astro inventories to Astro installers
ii. Manage end to end stock movements from manufacturer to Astro installers
iii. To interpret, compile and key in data into the computer system accurately
iv. To store correct information into the desired database locations
v. To complete the delegated tasks within the desired timelines
· High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
· Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
· Effective communication skills both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia
· Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
· Additional knowledge in CRM would be an advantage
· Knowledge in SAP would be an advantage
· Knowledge of administrative procedures
· Passionate to acquire strong product knowledge
Installer Mgmt
i. To assist in Installer management activities related to recruitment, making appointments and conducting interviews
ii. To follow up and close service requests for customers
iii. To reconcile Smartcard information and update data records accordingly
iv. To update and maintain documentations and files for follow up matters
v. To perform outbound call to customers and installers when required on any installation or appointment follow up
vi. To complete the delegated tasks within the desired timelines
· High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
· Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
· Effective communication skills both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia
· Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
· Additional knowledge in CRM would be an advantage

Salary package : Rm1500 +rm250 shift allowance
