Job Responsibilies
-To Provides administrative/support for on going project and supporting timely task delivery, regional data check and virtual HR employee support).
-To supports Project Manager in all administrative elements of preparation, transition and post transition of part-timers.
-To administers formal paperwork/documentation, schedule project meeting calendars, logistics preparation and part-timers contract.
-To documents project meeting minutes with clients.
-To support Project manager in updating project plan ensuring that the plan is on track. Owns tracking of overall HR work stream deliverable, calls and meetings.
-To perform sourcing task to build up supply of part-timers which to be delivered for assigned project.
-Other task assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
-Minimum SPM qualification
-Strong analytical and structured problem solving capabilities.
-Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Must be Customer Orientated.
-General knowledge of the HR functions and processes.
-Possess own transportation and able to work long hours as required from time to time.
-Candidates to be based at SS2,Petaling Jaya.
Working Hour :
8 hour shift
Salary Package:
RM1,200/month contract

Salary Range : RM 1200 Monthly
