General Descriptions for Call Centre Operator:
-Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
·To answer phones professionally
·To respond to customer inquiries
·To research required information using available resources
·To handle and resolve customer complaints
·To provide customers with product and service information
·To process orders, forms and applications
·To identify and escalate priority issues
·To route calls to appropriate resource
-To follow up customer calls where necessary
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
-At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferably.Those without experience strongly encourage to apply as well.Training will be provided.
-English speaking will be advantage.
-Applicants must be willing to work in SRI PETALING.
-Preferably specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Full time position available for those who interested to grow with the company.
