Job Descriptions:

1) To asssit the recruitment functions, including sourcing, screening, and placement of potential candidates according to client’s requirement and candidate’s suitability
2) Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, short-listing candidates, administration of recruitment database and resume management systems
3) Advertising of vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts using a wide range of media (job portals,websites,forum,magazines); and/or other relevant sources
4) Offering advice to both client and candidate on pay rates
5) Reviewing of recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment process.
