I understand the Taman Johan Setia is a leasehold agricultural land owned by many many owners…each of the owner own only small pieces of land…So it is difficult to accumulated into the sizable land for landed property development….because some owner don’t want to sell and some only want to sell it high price etc. good increases profit for earlier investment for this area:

That’s why there is no development in the Taman Johan Setia till now. According to someone in the property thread. I am not 100% sure about that.
