buying land in johan setia (agriculture land title) is the golden opportunity bcoz this area is allowed by state authority & subjected to convert they land from agriculture to residential (this will increase value of land). AND this area is NOT RIZAB MELAYU.
actually most of land owner in this area start selling their land with the cheapest price bcoz they dont know LRT line 3 will coming to this area (this is strong reason why for those wanna to invest must start now for golden profit within 5 years..before all land owner know the golden news from PRASARANA)

I understand the Taman Johan Setia is a leasehold agricultural land owned by many many owners…each of the owner own only small pieces of land…So it is difficult to accumulated into the sizable land for landed property development….because some owner don’t want to sell and some only want to sell it high price etc.

That’s why there is no development in the Taman Johan Setia till now. According to someone in the property thread. I am not 100% sure about that.

What I means is that Taman Johan Setia is a very big piece of land > 2,000 aches

It has separated into many many small lots and owned by many different owners with different mindset.

Let say Johan Setia is separated into the 20 lots of small land.

Then there are 20 owners in Johan Setia.
