QUOTE(Bonescythe @ May 14 2013, 09:23 AM) Maxis already rolled out 4G LTE. But, even if Redtone tied up with Maxis, the share price still not much movement although people anticipating it will flies until at least RM0.80 per share. Same with Timecom, YTLE.Celcom is following behind and rolled out already.. Left who? If yellow man don't buck up.. Later profit affected oh.. |

QUOTE(Boon3 @ May 15 2013, 09:45 AM) ??? Hua Yang is one of the stock that is forever my pain. I remember I bought it somewhere at the price around RM0.90, that time the total company shares were only 88,000,000 shares. Too bad that time, I didn't have patient to hold and sold it for tiny profit but lost hell a lot after chasing those penny stocks. Nowadays, although it is still in my favorite list, but it is not in my most view favorite list and I don't really follow the price although a lot of fellow forummers here keep on mention when the price shoot up. It is really pain.Although rotation plays are visible, some stocks with strong fundamentals are still moving much higher after GE. Take a look at HuaYang and you will understand what I am saying. And, you are right, those fundamentally strong companies are still moving to a higher price level after GE. Like Sunway. Sunway was also one of my proud baby back in year 2007. I hold a lot of his WB and the price shoot up from RM0.30 of my buying price to RM1.00. Now, history repeated again but I don't have a single share at all for Sunway shares after it merged with Suncity. |

QUOTE(Pink Spider @ May 15 2013, 10:11 AM) Calling unker gark I can recommend two dividend yielding stocks to you that is anti gravity. One is Classic Scenic and the other is PJ Dev. I have been monitoring these two stocks since year 2009. For Classic Scenic, the boss is a very good friend of my father in law and they are not stingy in giving dividend, at least 50% will be giving out as dividend every year. For PJ Dev, every year, they constantly give 5 cents dividend continuously since few years ago. And, for the recent rally, both stocks haven't move much. Can u rekomen me a dividend-yielding stock that can hold for long-term i.e. I can ignore the short-term fluctuations? My trading account is cash-heavy dunno wat to buy |

QUOTE(Boon3 @ May 15 2013, 10:12 AM) You should mark down that stocks like HuaYang and Sunway are considered as Iskandar theme stocks. I learn the lesson from my past and currently I hold tight tight on KSL since year 2010. I've make a decent profit from KSL and I am confident that I can be rewarded more from KSL as I've studied this company well since year 2010. It is really a under-valued company.Other Iskandar theme 'laggards' like Crescendo, Daiman, KSL have all done well. ps: Remember to profit from your past valuable history. |

Look at Tebrau price now, I guess what my friend's uncle said could be true that when Tebrau's mother company listed at KLSE, Tebrau is going to shoot until RM3.00.

QUOTE(Boon3 @ May 15 2013, 10:43 AM) Tebrau is going apes as I write now... This is exactly what I have in mind. If KSL's PE is to be same with Sunway, Tambun or Mah Sing, how difficult is that to reach RM3.00? By looking at the way the company run, it is likely that KSL will be like Sunway which those properties like KSL City Mall, etc that collect rentals will be separated from the holding company and become a reit counter. And, the mother company will have a lot of cash to acquire more land for future developments. Just my feeling, but I think it is possible. Iskandar theme rides again. It won't surprise me one bit if KSL hits 3.00 in the near future. |

QUOTE(Pink Spider @ May 15 2013, 04:07 PM) before lunch time downloaded the annual report So, you finally bought 7202. Dun worry, the boss is honest businessman, like me, dun bluff people one. If I've listened to my FIL, my cost is zero after buying at RM0.3x and keep until now for dividend every year. Is a very anti-gravity stock. What about PJDev? Got buy? Today move few cents already. Happy trading!after afternoon Nescafe open and see, cash rich (for a company its size), zero debt, decent profit margins, export-oriented |
