I don't mean that you don't do research... you have to do it. But not during bull time.

Always have a 'hit list' of stocks pre-researched, and when the time is right activate and fire your elephant gun.

It pays to do homework BEFORE you enter the battlefield... laugh.gif

So, you finally bought 7202. Dun worry, the boss is honest businessman, like me, dun bluff people one. If I've listened to my FIL, my cost is zero after buying at RM0.3x and keep until now for dividend every year. Is a very anti-gravity stock. What about PJDev? Got buy? Today move few cents already. Happy trading!
*
I don't like to touch constructor and property developer stocks. my company (which is doing both) might have an IPO soon, and I'm staying away tongue.gif

don't worry if the stock really kaboom I won't blame u, caveat emptor. thanks for the recommendation icon_rolleyes.gif

I wonder if the new LCD TV is going to substitute the picture frames.
Nowadays I see lots of places using LCD TV as display on walls instead of picture on walls.
*
even at museums? put LCD display of Guan Yin, Guan Yu, Buddha instead of effigies on altar? I don't think it will happen during my lifetime laugh.gif

Today bought 7202 mar

Next aiming a F&B manufacturer (either Nestle or DLADY) and a bank (either AFG or AmBank), doing further study and waiting for better entry price smile.gif

I'm an investor, not trader. Not expecting wonderful overnight gains.

wink.gif ok

why afg and ambank? sweat.gif
*
AFG - focus on SMEs, less government-spending sensitive, growth potential
AmBank - strong fund management division, good customer service (from my personal experience both in my personal banking and corporate banking), potential synergy IF they successfully bought into HwangDBS

Just my personal opinion smile.gif

Waw. Impressive.

I can never do that kind balance sheet coz I hate Accounts laugh.gif

I assume all the numerics tend to be different every month. Why not do it on a spreadsheet? Save you tons of time.

By the way, (maybe I shall call you Mr Chong YT) Do not simply reveal sensitive information as you are exposing yourself to unknown danger. You wouldn't know you might become a target. Invest smart & stay alert. nod.gif

Oh ya, keep it up.

Good meh  hmm.gif

If one takes loan to invest, then one needs  to lower the loan outstanding over time, then to allow it to be stagnant.

If one uses leverages throughout over a long period ( thinking of easy money )  , then hopefully markets are kind  enough.
*
nod.gif

One of the ways is to use realised returns from investments i.e. dividends and/or realised gains on disposals to pay down the loan over time. That is also a way to check that your investment returns > loan interest. If your investment returns cannot even cover the interest, u know that your portfolio sucks laugh.gif

The thing is once U are addicted to high leverage from a start and gain , u might not look back......

U go for more blood.

Yes, greed will kill. U get away with RM10K loan, u will go for RM50K loan next. Get away with it, u will go for RM100K, and so on...

...and Life has a way of hitting u when it hurts the most. Why push u down from a hump when it can wait til u climb up a cliff before pushing u? brows.gif
