Gadang new development in Sg Besi will be targeting more than RM 600million in GDV in next 5 years as they got green light to launch their new project - The Vyne

Gadang new project Block A of The Vyne (@ sungai Besi) already sold out internally.
Estimated GDV of around 90m for that block.

Looking for Gadang to break RM 1.00 in no time. Probably today

They will be launching Block B which will generate around RM 90m to RM 100m in GDV.

Estimate to sold out in 3 weeks to 1 month.

Then in 3 months time they will be launching others block at RM600 to 800 per square feet, which will definitely boost their revenue sheet .

Don't want to miss this. Last time ride IBhd.. Since I am in this project, might as well buy and ride it.

RM 2.00 for 6 months target

BIMB is one hell of a counter.. Can overtake Affin already.

Quarterly report is here, but I think the effect is not too big on the quarterly report.
I think there are some corporate exercise in behind that is going to happen.
The buying back of shares into the treasury sounds fishy. Very huge some of buy backs.

Might be one of a good reason too
