 CD and DVD eject...., after 2 days buying ibook..

Today I got this problem, The cd and dvd is ejected many times when inserted them..
Whats the problems...almost all cd and dvd I own I already tested,still the same result,even the cd that provide with ibook I also tested.Issit defective product? cry.gif ..
where to claim?the place I bought the ibook?FYI,my girlfriend bought it from MAC CITY at AMCORP MALL..... laugh.gif

May i know what CD or DVD u trying to play?
If the CD / DVD is in good condition and reliable source. I would suggest u take it back from where u get it.

DVD Movies,VCD,OSX installer,blank CD-R.All is clean and clear.

I got my iBook system board replaced for free at the second month.
