just about to ask the same question.. did anyone tried RAM swapping on this phone yet?

reporting pure white, after waiting for 2 weeks finally got mine today. although i was (might be) cheated by the shop owner (he did not include the free 2gb microsd & screen protector) but my set seems to be readily unlocked. i tried to insert celcom sim and it worked just like that without prompting for any unlock code although the phone still have that sim me lock thing installed.

is it because all new sets are unlocked by default, or i'm just lucky to have one? anyone else got unlocked set?

may i know which tool did u use? already tried ishuaji & mygun but both seems to be really different from screenshots shown in here. since i cant read chinese i dont have gut to proceed yet..

no i haven't gone through the rooting process yet, only the tool installation for now the only thing i remember yesterday was when i tried running ishuaji, i (think) i was prompted to download a new version of the tool. because after installing the prompted new one, the old icon was replaced. when i open it, the interface looks too different.. i don't even know which one is the default OK button anymore.. from there i'm sesat already

oh another thing. when i tried running mygun, the process was unsuccessful. an angry faced android robot icon appeared but i don't understand what it says, that moment my phone was connected to the pc but nothing happen inside the phone along the "process" going before that..

hi all, finally i manage to root my phone tonite. therefore i want to express my gratitude to cderluck for introducing the group OneTouchGlory2SMALAYSIA on facebook https://www.facebook.com/groups/OneTouchGlo...88241891293171/ i found instructions to use mygun in malay from that group. also to namasayadin & khairul azhar from facebook for providing the instruction.. for those of you who still stuck or need help in rooting, i really encourage u guys to join the group.. their members are very friendly & helpful

i'm using Screenshot Ultimate Pro, unlike most screenshot app for gingerbread out there it doesn't require root..
