I followed the rooting steps for 4010x from Mr. Hyde (though software version seems different now), and I think the phone is rooted, since it has 2 additional apps. But problem is I do not know how to change the language to English, i.e. install superuser. As I understand it is supposed to be an app to download from PlayStore, so can anyone please tell me the exact name of the best Superuser app. Thanks!

Thanks, installed SuperSU. It wanted to update binary, and after I allowed it, the Chinese dialog came up. I think I managed to allow the binary install, and something to do with root, afterwards. However there seems to be nothing listed in SuperSU. Closed the program and restarted it, and it wants to update binary again @.@

Also, SuperSU failed to install into /system. Is the Chinese root program blocking SuperSU somehow?

thanks, finally got it rooted with english superuser. finally the phone seems a little more understandable, like a pc
