Since this topic is talking about RMS....l got some issue here as well.

As l know, Myvi original player output is 25w x4 RMS.

If l change the front and rear speaker to
Front - 2 way 4inch with 30 watts rated power and 90 watts peak power.
Rear- 2 way 6.5inch with 40 watts rated power and 120 watts peak power.

Do l need a amp to power these speaker? Is the original player enough to pump it?

Sorry...l,m noob in RMS calculation.

Yeah..reading from the car manual.

Oh....coz l got 1 spare 4 channel amp. if the original Hu can power those speakers, l might save up my amp.
