Responsibilities:

Up keep electrical maintenance of factory facilities and machineries ; electric supply distribution system;Trouble shoot on faulty electric circuit , air conditioning, fire fighting system and back up electric supply
Upkeep electric maintenance on factory facilities - street lighting, fire fighting system , treatment plants , air conditioners , generators, UPS
Upkeep factory electric maintenance on factory electric supply , wiring , lighting system and power distribution
Carry out trouble shooting on faulty machines , facilities equipments and power distribution line
Monthly power consumption metering and summary
Updating electric documentation for machineries and facilities equipment
Support company activities like ISO , safety , 5S , environmental control, fire prevention , energy saving and others
Generators maintenance and Operate generators sets during TNB power failure
Assignment from Engineer or Manager

Requirements:

Minimum AO Chargeman certificate or higher
Able to carry out inspection, PM, TPM, repairing and trouble shoot machines
Knowledge on electrical, mechanical,pneumatic, hydraulic of machines
Able to learn and apply maintenance management skill like PM, TPM, OEE, CAPA, PDCA etc.


The remuneration package is negotiable depending on qualification and working experience.
